Compared to Web 1.0 that refers to World Wide Web and its static web design, web 2.0 is more advanced and upgraded in terms of both web design and use of web. Web 2.0 is a term with comprehensive meaning, including network technologies that put together the capabilities of both client and server sides, and related web services with a strong focus on the user side. Web 2.0 sites provide users with information, possibilities of creation and information spreading. Web 2.0 applications have characteristics of searching, linking, authoring, tagging, extending and syndicating. Blogs, wikis and YouTube are typical examples of web 2.0 application. Users can design, edit, and criticize website contents without stringent restriction. However, there are also some criticisms to web 2.0, such as web 2.0 allows anybody, anywhere to share users’ own opinions about any object and post any kind of content.
